Biography: 

Elvine Belinda Andjembe Etogho is the communication director and spokesperson for the “Gabonese Council of Resistance” (CGR NY). A native of Gabon, Elvine is an activist who works with Pan-African organizations to raise awareness of the international struggle for the transition to democracy in French-Speaking Africa which she understands as a global struggle for the rights of Afro-descendants.
As a member of CGR NY, she has organized, attended and participated in community events, conventions conferences and made media appearances since 2016 to advocate for the welfare of African people (mainland and diaspora). She currently works as a Psychology adjunct instructor and research associate at the City University of New York.
